When I first connected with Maria, she was struggling to get her 10-month-old daughter Jade to fall asleep without being rocked or patted to sleep. As she was returning to work soon and her mum would be looking after Jade, Maria wanted Jade to fall asleep without needing rocking.

When I spoke to Brooke for the first time they shared that their 13 month old had always been tricky to get to sleep. He would only fall asleep when mum fed him to sleep and sleep at most 1 hour, which was generally not usually very restorative. In addition Brooke was a 2nd time mum and had an older daughter and was feeling the sleep deprivation to care for both kids at her best!
