Next is where your journey begins. Whether I'm beside you in your home, providing overnight care, or coaching you online, you'll receive gentle, responsive guidance tailored to your child and parenting style. Each step is calm, supportive and judgement - free.

After our session, I'll stay connected with your through follow up check ins, app-based support, or ongoing communication. This ensures you feel confident and supported as you continue your sleep journey.

  • Full Overnight Care: Nappy changes, Burping, Resettling between sleep cycles, Bottle Feeding

  • Overnight log via our app which contains details and notes on how your baby's night went

  • Light household support related to baby care such as cleaning and sterilizing bottles, folding baby clothes and refilling nappy change area

  • Optional Morning Check - In: a 15 - 30 Minute follow up chat to talk through how the night went and answer ant question (can be a phone call)

Is your approach to sleep consulting personalized for each family, or is it a one-size-fits-all solution?

Yes, every family is unique, and so are their sleep dynamics. My approach is highly personalized. I take into consideration your; child's temperament, parenting style, and family's lifestyle to create a plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Can you help with specific sleep issues like night waking or difficulty falling asleep?

Absolutely. My expertise covers various sleep challenges, including night waking, bedtime struggles, and nap difficulties. I'll work closely with you to identify the root causes and implement effective solutions.

At what age should I consider seeking help from a pediatric sleep consultant?

I recommend reaching out if you're facing sleep difficulties with your child, regardless of age. From newborns (at least 3 weeks old) to toddlers, I can provide tailored strategies to address a wide range of sleep concerns. (We don't formally sleep shape until over 4 months old.)

What ages do you support night nannying?

We understand the early days and months can become quite challenging very quickly! That's why we offer our night nannying services for families with babies as young as a few days old up until they turn 1 years old.

How is night nannying different from the sleep consulting services

Our night nannying services provide you with the opportunity to catch up on sleep or have a good night's rest without worrying about attending to your little one's need. We work approximately 9 or 10pm to 5 or 6am the following day. Whereas our sleep consulting service we guide you and give you the tools to make the changes in your little one's sleep, to achieve your sleep goals.

My approach is rooted in gentle, responsive sleep support that nurtures your little one’s emotional well-being. I focus on creating a calm and secure sleep environment, helping your child feel comforted and confident as they drift off naturally. This approach not only eases current sleep challenges but also lays the foundation for healthy, lasting sleep habits.
