
Meet Our Founder



Hello, I'm Genna, the founder and heart behind Little Owls Sleep Specialist! I would love to work with you and your family on your journey to better sleep, but before that, here's a little bit about me and my journey to becoming a sleep consultant and developing Little Owls Sleep Specialist.

I developed a passion for working with babies and children when my niece & nephew were born, which is where my journey begins. I worked towards my Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst working at various early childhood education and care services. One of which was Ngala. As much as I loved working with the children, helping them to grow and develop, my favourite part was working with the families and the connections I developed.

When my nephew was very young, he was a very colicy baby and had challenges with his sleep. I would enter his room 'working my magic' as my family called it. By the time I left his room, he was fast asleep; no more tears or crying, only the sounds of his breathing.
My nephews' sleep challenges drove my initial passion for sleep. I became more aware of the importance of sleep and driven to learn more and how I could make a difference in more families' lives for the better. I gained my certification in Infant and Child Sleep Consulting. During my time learning, my passion only grew the more I learned and the more I wanted to learn and make a difference in families' sleep for the better!
My Mission is to help families develop healthy sleep habits and change their child's sleep for the better so their nights are more peaceful, calm, and tranquil. At Little Owls Sleep Specialist, we use a holistic and responsive approach combined with techniques that suit you and your family.

At Little Owls Sleep Specialist, we provide you with tailored sleep support. Each package has been curated to provide you with the level of support and guidance that suits your family's needs. Our services include but are not limited to Online support, home visits, tailored sleep plans & routines and environment assessment to ensure a holistic approach to better sleep.
Who we Help
At Little Owls Sleep Specialist, we can work with you and your little one from as little as 3 weeks old up to 4 years old before their 5th birthday!

From 3 to 12 weeks old, we help set you up for success and build healthy sleep habits. No formal sleep training is recommended in this age bracket. Between 3 to 4 months, we can start sleep training using our holistic approach and using hands-on techniques designed to suit you and your child.
