Hey there, I'm Genna!


I'm a certified pediatric sleep consultant and night nanny, based in the southern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. With my experience as a daycare educator and room leader, nanny and auntie to 2 little munchkins, I intimately understand the rollercoaster of parenthood.

The sleepless nights, the endless soothing attemptsI've been there. I get it.

It's this personal experience that fuels my passion to help parents like you navigate the often challenging path to peaceful nights.

At the core of my approach is a commitment to gentle and holistic sleep training. I believe that every child is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution.

My own journey...


My journey into the world of sleep began with my own love for caring for little ones. When my niece and nephews were born, I quickly discovered how much joy I found in supporting babies and children. It was the spark that set everything in motion.

From there, I completed my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, working across a range of early childhood services, including Ngala. I loved helping children learn and grow, but what I valued most were the relationships - supporting families, listening to their challenges, and celebrating their milestones together.

When my nephews faced sleep challenges, I saw firsthand how much rest (or lack of it) affects the entire family. That experience opened my eyes to the importance of healthy sleep and inspired me to gain my certification in Infant and Child Sleep Consulting. The deeper I learned, the more passionate I became about helping families find balance, confidence, and calm.

Alongside sleep consulting, I began offering night nannying for newborns through to one year of age, providing gentle, hands-on overnight care and reassurance during those early, often overwhelming months.

Today, I combine both areas of expertise to offer families a holistic and nurturing approach to sleep. I understand that every parent’s journey looks different - especially for those navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or the busy, beautiful mind of ADHD. You’re not alone in this, and I know firsthand how challenging rest can feel when your brain doesn’t switch off easily.

Whether it’s creating a personalized sleep plan, providing in-home guidance, or simply being a steady voice of reassurance, my mission remains the same: to help you and your little one feel rested, confident, and connected.
