We have designed The Little Owls Nest Visits package for families who need that extra hands-on support to help guide & support you through the changes in the comfort of your own home. In which we come to you to talk and teach you through the technique right for your family so that you feel confident & empowered to implement the sleep changes.

Things that we can help you with, but not limited to: 

Frequent night wakings, settling challenges, feeding patterns, transitioning from co-sleeping to bassinet, early wakes, age-appropriate wake windows & routines, age-appropriate routines, nap strikes or refusal, bedtime resistance, teaching self-settling skills, transitioning from cosleeping to cot or cot to big big, catnapping and more!

• Initial 15-minute chat to Book Home Consult - selected upon booking (via teams)

• In-home Consultation Options: 90 Minutes/3 Hours/5 Hours (Please be advised that the 5-hour nest visit is for evening & bedtime support.​​​)
